Georgian Journey – 7 days. Offer for groups.

Day 1. Pick-up from the airport in Kutaisi, visit to Prometheus Cave, check-in at a hotel in Kutaisi, Georgian “supra” – unlimited Georgian food, wine, and vodka (supra included in the price). Day 2. After breakfast, depart for Tbilisi. En route, visit the Stalin Museum in Gori and the rock city of Uplistsikhe. Arrival in Tbilisi, check-in at a hotel (city center, Old Town Tbilisi). Dinner on your own (I provide transportation to and from the hotel and can help with restaurant reservations). Prices for a single course in Georgia are approximately €10, and the portions are generous.

Day 3. After breakfast, depart for Kakheti – Georgia’s wine region. Visit Sighnaghi – the City of Love. Transfer to a winery where wine is produced, including a wine tasting. Transfer to a restaurant for dinner featuring traditional Georgian cuisine, wine, and music. Opportunity to participate in culinary workshops (dinner, tasting, and workshops are charged €20 per person). Return to the hotel in Tbilisi.

Day 4. After breakfast, transfer to Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia, for sightseeing. Return to Tbilisi, for lunch (paid separately), a tour of the old town, and a visit to the sulfur baths (please bring swimming trunks). Entrance fee is paid separately. A gift of cognac from me.

Evening departure for Mount Mtatsminda with a view of Tbilisi at night. Return to the hotel.

Day 5. After breakfast, transfer to Kazbegi (mountain), travel along the Georgian Military Road, visit Gergeti (Tsminda Sameba) at an altitude of 2,400 meters above sea level, and check into the hotel. Dinner is on your own.

Day 6. Departure after breakfast for Vardzia, a city carved into the rocks, sightseeing, and Rabati Fortress, the largest in Georgia. Check-in at a hotel in Akhaltsikhe.

Day 7. Return to Kutaisi (the same hotel as on Day 1). Farewell dinner with unlimited Georgian food, wine, and vodka (included in the price).

Day 8. Transfer to the airport. Price per person: 95 EUR/day. Price includes accommodation, transfers, and my personal care throughout your stay.
